"Feels like the real deal"
I’ve ordered from Painful Pleasures a few times now, it’s always felt legit (which is obviously what you want when buying this kind of stuff). Everything I’ve received has matched the photos and descriptions, the packaging was normal, and nothing gave me that fake or sketchy vibe.
I also like that they carry brands I already recognize from actual shops, not just a bunch of random no-name products. Shipping was fine too (nothing crazy fast, but no issues), so overall it’s been a solid experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Sizing just didn’t work out for me"
I don’t remember the exact size I ordered off the top of my head, but I do remember checking the size chart before buying because I wanted to avoid this exact problem. When it arrived, it fit way smaller than I expected, to the point that I couldn’t really use it.
Maybe it works for some people, but for me the sizing felt really off. I mostly just remember being annoyed that I spent the money and still ended up with something that didn’t fit. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the sizing gets more accurate.

"Wholesale account works, but it makes me do extra checking"
I’ve been using painfulpleasures.com for a wholesale account, and it’s been hit or miss. Some of the prices are solid and they usually have a decent selection in stock, which is why I keep coming back. But the shipping updates can be slow, and I’ve had a couple items show up as backordered after I already paid, which is annoying. Customer service did get back to me, just not super quickly. It’s not a terrible experience, but it definitely feels like extra work on my end now because I have to double-check everything before I order.

"Decent site, but umm, a little messy"
The site works okay overall, but umm, it feels a bit cluttered. I did find what I needed after clicking around for a while, though the filters and search could definitely be better. Checkout was fine, just not the smoothest on my phone...

"Fast shipping, but wrong size item"
My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but one of the items was the wrong size from what I picked. Everything else was fine, so it wasn’t a total mess or anything, just annoying having to deal with it. What made it worse was getting one of those canned apology responses that feels like nobody actually read what happened. Not terrible overall, but definitely frustrating.

"Ended Up Browsing Longer Than Planned"
I went on Painful Pleasures just to grab a couple tattoo supplies and somehow ended up poking around way longer than I meant to. I kept clicking through different categories, half because I was curious and half because I kept seeing stuff I forgot existed or didn’t realize I might need. The site was easy to move around, and I liked that they had a bunch of different brands in one place. the best part is probably just how many options they have, so you don’t have to bounce between a bunch of other sites.

I got to checkout and immediately thought, okay, this might be a little much all at once. Then I saw the split payment option and was like, wait, perfect. It made the whole thing feel way less stressful and I could finish my order without overthinking it.

I really wish the site would show what’s actually in stock before I get all the way to checkout. It’s super frustrating to find out later that something isn’t really available, and it just feels like a waste of time. I don’t want to have to guess what I can actually buy.

I just didn’t feel that comfortable using this site. Something about the whole experiance felt a little off, and it didn’t seem as professional as I was expecting. I’d probably rather order from somewhere that feels more reliable and clear.

"Clear aftercare tips that actually helped"
The aftercare info was really easy to follow, which I appreciated because I was already overthinking my new piercing on the bus ride home. I kept the little instruction sheet on my bathroom counter next to my toothpaste, and it made the whole healing process feel way less stressful. Everything healed up nicely, so no complaints from me.

i mean, I ordered from painfulpleasures and the packaging was not great. The box showed up beat up, and there wasn’t really enough padding inside, so everything was just sliding around during shipping. A couple of the items had bent corners, and one of them even leaked a little. The products themselves might be fine, but the way it was packed made the whole order feel kind of careless. Definitely not what I expected.

I ran into an issue and reached out to support, but the whole process has been frustrating. They were slow to respond and not very helpful when they finally did. I’ve had to keep following up, repeating myself, and doing extra work on my end just to try to get things moving, and it still isn’t fixed.
